POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented Research Analyst for our growing organization. As the Research Analyst, you will support the recruitment process by developing, managing, and analyzing company/personnel data to help identify the best talent in the marketplace. You will work to understand our clients, their hiring needs, their competitors, and utilizing resources including Linked-In, our applicant tracking system, and other online resources. You will create charts, lists, maps, and general analysis of the human capital at various investment management and other financial companies. You will also be responsible for mapping all research info into our applicant tracking system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Support the recruiting process by conducting research on our clients, searches, candidates, and the broader marketplace
·       Due Diligence duties include analyzing various industries, companies, and candidate backgrounds
·       Input all data into our applicant tracking system and create various saved lists, searched, and other templates
·       Participate in frequent meetings and call with other recruiters, clients and candidates



·       Create detailed reports of findings, charts, and spreadsheets
·       Simplify findings into presentations
·       Participate in and document frequent meetings and calls with clients
·       Organize and store data for future research projects
·       Document all data and research procedures and organize and conduct focus groups of project users
·       Create diagrams and documentation to pinpoint problems and solutions
