Internship - IT
Brosnan Risk Consultants is searching for an IT Intern who can assist Brosnan's IT team with several projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with servers, network infrastructure, SaaS Solutions, mobility, software tools and other systems.
The IT Intern will be responsible for providing IT support to employees & assisting the IT Manager with advancing the IT initiatives.
IT Responsibilities:
- Conduct level 1 IT desktop support to employees
- Support 850+ Mobile Devices via Mobile Device Management Platforms
- Assist IT network infrastructure maintenance
- Support remote office infrastructure (12 offices)
- Work with various IT vendors
- Support functions & business units on client technology needs
- Assist the IT Manager with research and execution of projects to enhance the IT function
Software Configuration & Support Responsibilities:
- Front Office Applications
- Back Office Applications
- Research & Development of New Tools and Solutions
Requirements:
- Majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology or similar area
- Basic understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
- Strong problem solving and communication skills required
