IT Business Analyst, Vendor Governance

Identify and implement effective processes and procedures relating to the contracting of key IT suppliers. 
Implementing score-carding, benchmarking, market and performance analysis programs 
Ensuring process validation and compliance for global vendors 
Manage the process for procuring and allocating cross-system software licenses and associated chargebacks 
Implement effective processes and procedures for timely vendor risk monitoring and reporting

  Qualifications:   
  • Entry level, 0-3 years of work experience in related fields, including relevant coursework, class projects, and internships.  
  • Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint/visualization skills  
  • Skilled at directing cross-functional teams, identifying the connections between disparate information, and anticipating roadblocks to achieving the objective.   
  • Adept at bringing order and clarity to large-scale or complex efforts through actionable steps.   
  • Exposure to project management and business process improvement methodologies 
  • Self-starter who can take the initiative to learn about the role, industry and specific process/tools 
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to prioritize and execute task in a fast-paced environment 
  • Exceptional customer service orientation 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, works well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environment and adhere to highest ethical standards

Education:   
  • Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related degrees

Standard Monday-Friday work week. Work will be done from TCCC Atlanta Office but may also include coordination with resources on a global basis, which may require early or late conference calls to accommodate different time zones. ?
