Community Enrichment Center Community Engagement VISTA
VISTAs (Volunteers in Service to America) devote one year of full-time service at nonprofit organizations or local government agencies. The Community Engagement VISTA will increase visibility of the CEC and its entities through digital and print brand development, develop relationships with community leaders, organizations and the media, implement marketing strategies and encourage volunteerism. Major duties include:
- Research best practices to recruit, retain and recognize a volunteer base to ensure volunteer sustainability
- Develop a comprehensive brand management process
Requirements of Service:
· Must be at least 18 years old, no upper age limit
· Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
· Pass a criminal history review
· Must be able to serve one year (365 days) full time
