Executive Assistant, IDC

Summary of Position:
IDC (International Distribution Company), Lionsgate’s Latin American distribution arm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of the company and senior management.

Responsibilities:

·        Assist with President’s schedule, travel, film market participation and meetings, calls, etc.
·        Contract coordination and follow up between Licensors, legal, signees and Finance.
·        Responsible for weekly Box Office reporting.
·        Answering main phone line and direct calls.
·        Submitting expense reports for senior management
·        Support to operational areas (Marketing, Finance, Servicing) as needed.
·        Organize and plan yearly company retreat.

Experience & Skills:
·        Organizational skills; detail-oriented and good on follow up a must.
·        Self-motivated, curios with strong initiative to get involved in other areas and offer support to the team is key.
·        Spanish fluency is highly useful (Fluent or basic knowledge in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus).
·        Ability to provide sufficient administrative support for department.
·        Must be able to work effectively under deadlines and pressure.
·        Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with different personalities.
·        A collaborative, proactive and self-motivated individual.
·        Must be a mature thinker and a “self-starter,” as well as a team player.
