Graduate Technical Support Floor Consultant

DXC Technology is seeking three Associate Consultants to provide shop floor IT support during production hours at a new chicken hatchery, feed mill, and processing facility in the Omaha-Lincoln, Nebraska area. During production hours, these personnel will ensure that all necessary shop floor IT equipment (including personal computers, printers, bar code scanners, communication networks, manufacturing applications, electronic display boards, etc.) are monitored and running properly. Whenever they are any issues with this equipment, they will respond quickly to address the issues such that production operations are not impacted by performing immediate fixes, swapping out faulty equipment with spare equipment, executing emergency workarounds until a permanent solution is implemented, and similar solutions.
