Software Engineering Technician (Internship)
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in Platteville, WI. This is an exciting opportunity for an eager, entry level candidate to gain experience working in a regulated industry. This position offers the potential to perform a broad array of tasks related to software development activities. Specific types of engineering-related activities may include software requirements analysis, definition, and validation; software verification; technical collaboration; assisting in the resolution of technical problems; and developing software related documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to perform basic software engineering skills after an initial training period.
- Have an understanding of software engineering tools and process (i.e. debugging, problem reporting, etc.)
- Possess knowledge of software programs and applications
Education:
- Two-Year Technical degree or progress on Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering or science field (i.e. Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
