WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

StreamKick has come a long way, and now we’re seeking assistance with updating our existing user interface. If live-streaming, gaming, or esports excites you, we're at the intersection of it all.

Here’s what you’ll do at StreamKick:

● Join our team as an intern with the potential for long-term opportunity

● Build upon the existing UI and introduce new interactions and reactive states through the use of a React framework

● Work within the above tech stack, with the flexibility to loop in additional tools as needed

● Work in tandem with our back-end devs to bring their work to the viewer in an attractive wrapper

● Deploy your own code

● Operate freely and on your own schedule within a defined product roadmap

Top priority is finding someone that’s the right fit. Specifically:

● Self-motivated (this is a startup!)

● Experience with JavaScript frameworks

● Possess an interest / understanding of live-streaming and video games (no - Super Mario Bros. doesn't count)

● Capable of working with a senior designer to create awesome, memorable user experiences for discovering new streaming content online

Unlock the secret cow level if you:

● Have experience in an after-hours, remote start-up environment

● Have ever live-streamed or built on top of a live-streaming platform (i.e. Twitch Extensions)

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Our tech stack includes Python, Django, Zurb Foundation, and JS - all deployed to AWS. We integrate via Twitch’s API (thus far) and have various other integrations that help us improve our services. And we’re always exploring new options to streamline and improve efficiencies.
