HR Administrator
Keller Foundations LLC is the nation’s leading specialty geotechnical contractor. We are currently seeking a recent graduate to join our team in our corporate office located in Hanover, MD.
As a member of the Human Resources Team you will be responsible for the integrity of employee data as it relates to a North American ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics). This is a hands-on opportunity to learn human resources within an organization that is a leader in their field and well respected throughout their industry
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain employee information into the fully integrated ERP system including new hires, terms, transfers, promotions, etc.
- Electronic filing of all employee information
- Provide strong, timely customer service and assist in resolving employee or management inquiries
- Verifies I-9 information through the USCIS E-Verify system
- Organizing and maintaining all confidential material
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office experience required, experience with an HRIS desired)
- Exceptional attention to detail and well organized a must
