Adjunct Faculty – Art History, Environmental Studies, U.S. History (Bard Early College Hudson, NY)

Bard Early College Hudson offers an authentic and supportive liberal arts college experience for ambitious public high school juniors and seniors from Hudson, NY, and its surrounding communities. We are a satellite campus of Bard College located on vibrant Warren Street in Downtown Hudson.

Bard Early College (BEC) Hudson is currently accepting applications for fall adjunct positions on our faculty in the following areas: art history, environmental studies, and U.S. history. (The U.S. history position is a fall/spring, two-course appointment.) Terminal degree such as Ph.D. required (ABD considered).

Bard Early College provides an opportunity to design and teach a course in a seminar-style learning environment with a bright and committed group of students. Our stipend per class is competitive, and we offer training and mentorship to assist professors in developing an engaging teaching practice. Classes meet twice per week from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.
