Educational Resources Development Manager

IECG is seeking an Educational Resources Development Manager.
In charge of developing the educational resources channel in the U.S, establishing a rich reserve of professors and building our company's education brand system.

Ithaca Education Consulting Group (IECG) is dedicated to guiding young teens and alleviating the struggles experienced in deciding college majors. Our first project, Premiere Program,launched in 2013. Meticulously tailored to each student’s personality, interests, and abilities,Premiere Program aids students with academic planning predominantly focused on the choice of university majors and future career paths. By collaborating with over 90 distinguished professors and consultants from top institutions, notably Cornell, Stanford, Princeton,Columbia, Duke, Caltech, Wake Forest, and NYU, we are able to offer students unparalleled opportunities to develop research projects with professors that allow them to experience and solve real-world problems. More importantly, our students receive the chance to learn about themselves and gain insight into an abundance of industries and fields.

Job Description:
To establish and maintain our cooperation with Top 30 American Universities by recruiting
more professors to join the program.
To build and lead a team of associates to conduct further outreach with university professors.
To pursue collaboration opportunities with high schools and universities.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably from a top 20 U.S. university.
Ability to travel across the U.S. to meet and recruit professors from top institutions.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to proactively interact and connect with all types of personalities.
Ability to flourish in an entrepreneurial environment.
Proven management skills or leadership skills preferred.
