Internship - Brand Promotion Management

Jetzy is looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Brand Promotion Management Intern. The Brand Promotion Management Intern is responsible for leading all Brand Ambassadors and New Member initiatives. The Brand Promotion Management Intern reports to the Head of the Marketing Department, where they are expected to build the Jetzy community in their respective region while giving support and guidance to their team of Brand Ambassadors. This will involve improving Jetzy’s brand awareness in their area, attracting new members to Jetzy, and establish programs to enhance the engagement in existing members. The candidates will be able to develop skills in leadership, marketing, business development & sales, relationship management, communication, etc. The Brand Promotion Management Intern will be working directly with the Founders and Management team, helping in multiple facets of the business. 

This internship is an opportunity that will help you gain experience working in a fast-paced tech startup/social media company and increase hands-on experience in its operations. The ideal candidate is an extrovert, well-organized, reliable, detail-oriented, sociable, enthusiastic, and most importantly fun and friendly! 
Responsibilities

-Lead team of Brand Ambassadors
-Report to Head of Marketing Department on the status of all Brand Ambassadors
-Conduct performance appraisals in conjunction with Human Resources
-Be responsible for building a Jetzy community for the region assigned to them, and be the main point of contact for their community
-Attract new members and increase member engagement through various programs, including marketing campaigns, events, partnerships with related lifestyle and travel businesses
-Build and execute a promotional strategy within your own and other universities/colleges/ schools networks (both students and alumni), personal social networks, travel and lifestyle blogs & groups, and other relevant channels 
-Create product awareness through global social media outlets
-Distribute marketing materials at prominent tourist destinations and other suitable channels
-Provide weekly updates for community membership and engagement

Requirements

-Pursuing a Master’s or MBA, preferred
-Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate well with the others 
-Organizational, research, and time management skills 
-Able to meet tough deadlines 
-Superior problem-solving skills – must be resourceful and creative with solutions 
-Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
-Highly motivated self-starter 
-Resourceful 
-Outgoing, positive personality 
-Tech-savvy 
-Able to represent Jetzy and handle events in their respective regions
