Program Intern - Fall/Winter Season

Position Summary: The Program Intern is responsible for planning and executing special events and assisting in other areas of the Program Department. Duties working with various entities on property to organize and conduct special events, working in Desk Attendant, Recreation, and Family Program roles, and providing administrative support in the Program Department. Must be passionate about providing high quality guest service, working with a team of peers, and ensuring high quality programs.

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must be fluent in speaking English

• Must possess current First Aid and CPR certifications

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds

• Must possess excellent customer service skills

• Must possess a high level of organization and is task/detail oriented

• Facilitate private group activities such as Orientations, Ice Breakers, Night Walks, Family Fun Nights and Archery

• Desire to plan, market, and execute engaging events for guests such as Fall Fest, Turkey Trot, Holiday Programming, and more.
