Engineer, Water Resources Control JC-160825

Salary Ranges $5,327-$9,978 (commensurate on education , experience and other factors)

  1. Alternate Work Week Schedules
a. 4x10's, schedule (work 10 hr days for 4 days and have 1 day off a week)
b. 9/8/80 schedule (work 9 hour days and have 1 extra day off every other week)
c. Telework (depending on workload may have 1 day to work at home)

The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is currently recruiting for a Water Resource Control Engineer to join the Division of Water Quality, Sustainable Water Plans and Policies Section working in the Strategy to Optimize Resource Management of Stormwater (STORMS) Unit
  • Do you have effective writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills?
  • Do you have good problem-solving skills with initiative and attention to detail?
  • Do you have project management and water quality data management experience
  • Are you able to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines?
  • Do you have experience with water quality policies and regulations?
