Program Specialist

Edwards YMCA Camp is looking for several fun and exciting applicants to join our Program Specialist Staff for the 2019-2020 school year. We are looking for outgoing, hardworking individuals that are interested in exploring the exciting fields of Camp and/or Outdoor Education. This job places a strong emphasis on Environmental Education, High Adventure, Outdoor Recreation, and Teambuilding. While programming is the primary focus, staff will also gain valuable experience in multiple areas of camp operation including office administration and maintenance. Candidates should be willing to work a busy schedule, be capable of working with a diverse guest base of both children and adults, have a passion for teaching in the outdoors, and have a positive attitude and enjoy having fun!
