NCMIC Group, Inc. Rotational Employment Program is a 12 – 18 month, entry-level job rotation program. Our Rotational Employment Program is designed for individuals who are eager to learn about the insurance and financial services industry. This opportunity puts you on the fast track to unique professional and leadership development opportunities, as well as cross-functional job experiences throughout the company.

The Rotational Employment Program is comprised of two to three project assignments designed to provide participants with meaningful opportunities in a variety of career fields. In addition to having a different direct manager during each rotational assignment, this opportunity provides an executive mentor who will offer professional coaching and career guidance. In this program, you will be considered a full-time employee and will receive all full-time employee benefits, including a partnership with an Employee Ambassador to support you throughout the program. You will also gain leadership exposure through structured networking events and targeted training.

Rotation Overview
Underwriting: The rotational employee would work with the underwriting team functioning as an underwriting assistant. The daily duties would include application review (inputting applications into the system, completing license and entity searches) as well as duties related to renewals (reviewing claims data and sending retention emails). This would be cursory review prior to the file formally being reviewed and analyzed by an underwriter.

Business Lending Group: The rotational employee would pre-qualify a list provided by marketing to identify potential vendors and then send to the Business Development Manager. Use Salesforce to track activity and leads./Identify and pre-qualify leads from PF Salesforce database and Association Lists to prepare “warm” leads for the Insurance Premium Finance Sales Officer. Assist with email campaigns, prospect mailings and certain follow up. Research other agencies (not currently in Salesforce) in targeted geographical locations with the intent of filling the pipeline. Use Salesforce to track activity and leads. Assist with operational duties such as renewal and ACH letters, imaging, and file review/augmentation. This will allow more time for the Premium Finance Specialist to work on Business Development skills as they are the successor to the Premium Finance Sales Officer.

Corporate Relations: The rotational employee would develop a catalog of content in collaboration with corporate relations and claims staff. Identify key risk management and other topics and assign speakers to develop and deliver the content. Identify and facilitate technology to best accomplish goal. Schedule and execute content production. Collaborate with marketing to develop roll-out plan for content.

Compliance: The employee would work to support the Compliance Department by working on the following projects: Creation of enhanced anti-fraud training, competition research, research document management solutions, clean up rate spreadsheets and create new calculations in Excel, and creation of product comparison charts.
