Job Description
Client Engagement (Strategic / Staffing Account Manager)
Rose International is currently looking for multiple Client Engagement / Strategic Staffing Account Managers to expand and grow our relationship with one of the largest Technology Companies in the world. We are looking for Strategic / Staffing Account Managers who are experienced in a fast paced, high volume, customer service driven environment. Prior experience in managing a relationship driven staffing engagement for an enterprise client is a MUST.
Responsibilities:
Actively maintain and develop new business relationships with client managers
Present Rose International value proposition to client hiring managers and become a trusted resource for their staffing needs
Focus on relationship based approach to solve client problems
Provide oversight and management of staffing requisition fulfillment process.
Educate clients and partners on local/national market trends about talent availability and salary requirements
Act as a consultative partner to the client and sourcing team to define and execute sourcing strategies
Weekly and monthly check in with current employees
Experience/Qualifications:
2-4 years of previous Enterprise Client Staffing relationship / account management experience
Ability to work in a fast paced and high-requirement volume environment
People & Relationship management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Entrepreneur spirit and individually driven
BA/BS degree preferred
