Los Angeles Sales & Brand Partnerships Intern Fall 2019

Do you have creative sales techniques and a lot of positive energy? Modern Luxury Los Angeles is searching for enthusiastic sales and brand partnership interns to join our sales and marketing departments to provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. In addition, you will have administrative duties in developing and implementing processes as well as sales strategies.

As a sales and brand partnership intern, you will work with our sales and marketing teams in all stages of client relations. Your contribution will help Modern Luxury develop, broaden and maintain our marketing channels (social media, experiential, etc.).

Our internship program aims to help you strengthen your sales skills and provide you with knowledge of various strategies within the luxury market. Ultimately, you will build a wealth of knowledge in sales and should be prepared to enter an extremely fast paced work environment. 

Key Tasks:
  • Develop and cultivate leads in multiple local business categories.
  • Assist Group Publisher establish a network of C-Suite, senior-level Media and client relationships in vertical categories.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-platform sales/marketing programs across all titles.
  • Possess a high level of sales/marketing intelligence.
  • Help Account Executives meet monthly revenue goals.
  • Assist sales management in defining and identifying potential sales targets and opportunities for expansion in new markets.
  • Assist in the development of local marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
  • Comfortable in working in a team-based environment.

Qualifications: Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations. Sales experience preferred.
