CRM Technical Specialist at Regal Beloit
We are currently seeking an CRM Technical Specialist in our Grafton, WI location.
Job Responsibilities:
· Performs basic business analysis of system requirements.
· Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
· Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
· Integrates software, develops external interface and maintains technical documentation.
· Troubleshoots and resolves testing issues.
· May support several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
· Performs basic business analysis of system requirements and follows through the full development life cycle.
· Identifies recurring issues and tests to determine best defect resolution.
· Works with management, consultants, and end users to compile and implement enhancements and defect resolutions to CRM applications and interfaces.
· Defines, tests, debugs, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the CRM System.
· Researches business needs, identifies basic solutions and implements system change requirements.
· Designs and builds basic changes, extensions and enhancements to existing CRM applications, programs and reports.
· Translates business needs into technical requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
· 1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
· PowerApps / Flow experience
· Utilization of Production / Test / Dev / Stage environments
· Experience participating in Agile development methodologies
· Dynamics application languages (.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript/Angular, XML)
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field or the equivalent level experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
