Sports Writer

The Oskaloosa Herald in Oskaloosa, Iowa seeks a sports writer to join its staff of reporters.

The sports writer will cover local high school and college sports with a multimedia skillset. The position produces stories, photos and videos of events, as well as crafts engaging features and enterprise work from the beat.

A college-degree is not required. On-the-job experience preferred but we’ll train the person who is eager to learn and succeed in the field.
