Production Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor client deliverables and proactively keep projects on schedule
- Create print ready art and graphics in InDesign
- Proof copy and art, and ensure timely approvals from client
- Create print specifications, bid out print and mailshop jobs and consolidate budgets
- Ensure direct mail pieces are deployed on time, on budget and are compliant with postal regulations
- Create print, personalization, and mailshop purchase orders
- Perform cost-control analysis on direct mail components
- Cultivate knowledge of direct mailing formats and techniques
- Maintain strong knowledge of USPS rates and mailing regulations
- Other duties as assigned by manager
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of InDesign and/or similar products; Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat a plus

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle 10-15 concurrent projects
- Ability to work under intense pressure and tight deadlines daily
- Superb attention to detail
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently establish work priorities
- Ability to learn and grow from mistakes without an effect on productivity
- Excellent team player willing to jump into unfamiliar projects when teammates need help
