Director of Digital Marketing

ZPAW is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to assist in managing aspects of the brand strategy on eCommerce platforms. This role will assist with product launches, differentiation, growth strategies, listing optimizations and reviews. Location: Work from home

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinating eCommerce sales efforts between operations and promotions to achieve assigned sales goals and growth targets.
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns including a range of techniques such as paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Capitalizing on channel specific events and collaborations
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices for converting audiences, and leverage the appropriate features and tools on each platform.

  • You have an intuitive understanding of what drives consumers to click, watch, and purchase
  • You’re highly skilled at managing your time across strategy and day-to-day execution, and across concurrently running campaigns
  • You have a healthy relationship with both the art and science of marketing -- you love data but understand how to interpret / supplement it with the right creative context and passion
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives in environments with high autonomy and accountability
  • You’re budget-conscious and resourceful in finding ways to maximize ROI

Requirements
Required Experience:
  • Working towards completion of a Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies, preferably in advertising, marketing, digital media or business fields.
  • Fundamental knowledge of digital marketing
  • Proven track record of learning and mastering new technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
