Duties: Our Youth Development Professionals (YDPs) provide direct care support to adolescents with high-end psychiatric challenges. Working in a residential setting, YDPs participate with activities of daily living and recreational programming based on established activity schedules. YDPs implement the behavior management system; maintain open communication with all levels of staff and community partners, and complete all necessary documentation. YDPs serve as role models demonstrating positive and professional experiences that help prepare our youth for their future.
Salary is $11 an hour.
Qualifications: To be a part of this enriching experience, a High School Diploma/GED is required. Minimum of 1 year experience working with adolescents in a residential group setting is required. Valid and insurable FL driver license is mandatory. Drug and background screening will be conducted.
