Collect Rx is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help accelerate our growth. The goal of the Digital Marketing Specialist role is to accelerate sales productivity by executing product messaging & campaign strategy that is brought to market through email, digital, social, paid 3rd parties, unpaid media, and sales channels.
The marketing specialist will be responsible for operating effectively across the marketing, sales, account management and product organization to execute marketing activities to drive customer acquisition and cross-sell, including integrated marketing campaigns, product messaging, sales enablement materials, and campaign reporting and analysis.
What You Will Do
·       Campaign Management and Execution
  • Manage email marketing campaign execution by writing content, creating campaign tracking, and deploying email campaigns
  • Maintain public website content and lead generation campaign pages with strong SEO foundations.
  • Maintain social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter, cross posting relevant content to drive awareness and engagement, and elevating brand / PR
  • Support paid digital media such as LinkedIn/Twitter Sponsored Updates or Google Adwords.
  • Conduct regular reporting on marketing/campaign performance with metrics and creative analytics.
  • Maintain project management tools and ensure accurate tracking of all campaign activities.
  • Effectively collaborate across the marketing, sales and account management organizations to identify, understand and work to resolve issues that may arise related to email campaign operations, lead generation and management, data and analytics, website maintenance and other areas of work.
·       Lead Gen
  • Manage inbound lead generation and assignment
  • Drive success of inbound efforts in conjunction with Sales
·       Lists & Data
  • Drive automated audience segmentation strategy and list management
  • Manage the process up updating and appending data in the CRM
  • Maintain central repository of sales-led campaigns to improve sales teams’ ability to engage with our target audiences through effective scripting and sales support tools; support the development of materials and assist in training sales on marketing campaigns and messages
·       Tradeshow
  • Manage process of scheduling, shipping and post show follow up for 10+ tradeshows a year
  • Work with CRM resources to upload leads and show attendees lists and assign to lead gen reps
  • Optimize Tradeshow lead generation to drive maximum return on investment
·       Product Marketing
  • Work alongside product teams to develop a deep understanding of storylines and product offerings to assist in product launch and support activities
  • Support marketing collateral creation and activate the sales team to utilize the resources.


What You Will Need

·       BS/BA degree required. Marketing, Communications or Business concentration preferred.
·       1-2 years of experience. Relevant marketing or sales experience preferred.
·       Experience with a CRM (salesforce), CMS (Drupal or Wordpress), email system and Google Analytics preferred.

·       Communicator – Must have strong presentation and writing skills. Able to write grammatically correctly in an engaging way. Have a content and strategy orientation to marketing.
·       Intellectually Curious – Ability to understand qualitative and quantitative research, the market landscape, new thought leadership and transpose the concepts into simple, engaging messages.
·       Analytical – Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
