Due to the continued growth of NIT, we have a rare opportunity to add a Physical Therapist to our multi-disciplinary team in the Clear Lake/Mason City area. With a combination of Part A and Part B geriatric patients, you will see a variety of functional levels in our beautiful ALF and SNF gyms.
Clear Lake, in north central Iowa, was recognized by USA Today as having TWO of the top ten lake beaches in the entire country! This picturesque community boasts great shopping, excellent recreation, and outstanding living options.

This position can be structured for an experienced clinician or a new graduate. We offer a mentorship program to support your transition to this new setting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be passionate clinician dedicated to the highest levels of evidence-based outcomes for those we have the honor of treating. The candidate:
- Must love the senior living population
- Must have a creative interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Manual therapy skills, creative dementia possible care and lymphedema certifications a plus!
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills are a huge plus!
Education: Graduate Degree from an accredited PT program required.
Licensure: Licensed in the State of Iowa or in process of application (Iowa is a PT compact state)
NIT has locations throughout the state delivering care in SNF’s, outpatient centers, peds, day care centers, hospitals and post-acute facilities.
