Audi Corporate Sales Intern (August 2019 - December 2019)

Audi Corporate Sales Intern
Full-Time, 4 Months

Role Summary:

The Audi Corporate Sales intern will support the Audi Corporate Sales Team in day to day operation as well as implementation of projects to expand the Audi fleet business in the commercial market.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receives, responds to and resolves customer inquiries and issues related to product and distribution
  • Create scheduled and ad hoc reports for internal and external teams including pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Analyze order and sales data to identify business trends, track account performance, and identify risks that could affect sales goals
  • Supports the administrative/back-office processes that are necessary for each Corporate Sales program
  • Responsible for processing and tracking all department purchasing orders

 Qualifications:

Required skills:
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited University/College or have graduated within the past 6 months.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Organized and detail oriented 
  • Ability to learn new subject matter, concepts, processes and computer applications easily
  • General luxury vehicle knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks based on importance and timing
  • Ability to develop and present analytical findings to drive business decisions
  • Excellent Excel knowledge including formulas, referencing, linking, etc.

Desired skills:
  • Experience with accounting and vendor management
