Student Trainee (Computer Science)
To be eligible for the Pathways Intern Program, individuals must have been accepted for enrollment or be enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) In a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis.
As a participant in the Pathways Intern Program, you will receive both formal and on-the-job training to develop the required knowledge and skill to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Participates in concept definition, planning, development, deployment and assessment of prototypes and migration systems to provide asset management tools.
Writes statements of work (SOW) to accomplish technical support tasks using industry and Government contracts.
Participates in the definition and design of mappings from functional and technical architectures to automated shopping and ordering product suites.
Coordinates with contractor technical personnel to ensure that such mappings are properly designed, implemented, and tested.
Provides technical planning, assessment, and guidance to project support contractors, in coordinating the development of complementary loosely coupled application software systems.
