Community Based Therapist Grad Student

LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations, Inc. is seeking individuals that are passionate about serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in our community as Community Based Therapists.
As a Community Based Therapist, you will provide culturally competent mental health services to clients with mental illness and/or mental health needs in their homes and their community. Our clients range in age from infant through adult.
At LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations, Inc., Community Based Therapists have the opportunity to serve clients in multiple settings (school based and home based). In addition, LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations is a premier provider of services under the Intensive Treatment of Foster Care certification provided through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
LifeStance Health, formerly Family Innovations, Inc. is committed to developing and growing staff through our Professional Development Series. Staff grow in their professional competencies and in return are compensated with increasing differentials. Annual income potential can range from $31,200-$50,000 for full-time staff. Income will vary based on part-time/full-time status and development through the Professional Development Series.

We have opportunities to provide services throughout the Twin Cities Metro and in Western Wisconsin.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in the field of Mental Health from an accredited college/university and enrolled in or currently pursuing a Master's Degree in the field of Mental Health, or have earned a Master's Degree in the field of Mental Health.
