Audience Data Specialist

The Stamats Data Management group is seeking an Audience Data Specialist to join our highly experienced team in the fast-paced, growing environment of our Cedar Rapids, Iowa office.
The duties for this position include data collection, maintaining, and enhance across all our audience databases. Tracking of engagement, analysis and delivery of audience intelligence across all media channels for our internal and external clients. Additionally, this person will be responsible for other audience fulfillment activities.
We need someone who has:
- A love of data. All kinds of data.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite with a strong emphasis on Excel. (MS Access is a plus).
- Inherent understanding of email marketing, working within databases, and project management experience and curiosity to learn more about the programs you will use.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, time management and customer service skills.
- A sense of humor and strong work ethic.
