Universe Facade Estimator
Universe Corporation delivers Universe Facades to construction projects across the United States. Universe Facades are custom solutions involving different facade materials and methods of attachment. Designed by architects, they are quoted, engineered, fabricated and delivered to project sites by Universe People to be installed by Universe Premier Installers or Universe Installation Teams.
Universe People must possess strong critical thinking skills and have the self-confidence to make decisions and own outcomes. They must have a passion for construction and contributing to the creation of beautiful buildings.
Universe is growing rapidly and is seeking people immediately who are a perfect fit for the Universe Facade Estimator role.
Candidates shall possess the skills and passion to fulfill the following requirements:
· Concise, clear and timely verbal and written communications
· Spatial visualization
· Critical thinking skills
· Love geometric problem solving using 2-D CAD tools
· Attention to detail including reviewing drawings with precision and accuracy
· Exercising estimating discipline and rigor
· Analyzing project ratings honestly and logically to develop solutions
Universe administers a commensurate compensation policy as a core principle in which achievement and compensation are maintained in alignment. Therefore, compensation will be adjusted as Universe People demonstrate higher levels of achievement. New hire training and continued training will be provided.
