Physician Assistant/Family Nurse Practitioner

Full time position for PA or FNP at La Farge Medical Clinic-VMH, in the heart of the Kickapoo Valley. Provider team consists of 3 MDs, 2 NPs and 1 PA with CPMs that support our Amish birthing program.  We are a seasoned team of health care providers that are dedicated to serving the community in which we live.  Seeking motivated individual with interest in being part of a full spectrum, collaborative medical practice. Will see patients in the clinic, area nursing homes, hospital, hospice house, occasional home visits and on-call rotation.  WI licensure/registration as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with BLS and ACLS certifications along with training in family practice medicine required.
