General Requirements
- A well-rounded academic background
- Pursuing a degree qualification with expected graduation between September 2020 and June 2021
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Relevant internship experience and leadership in school or community organization preferred
- Fluency in English is essential

What is pymetrics?
Starting from the 2020 recruiting process, all applicants will be invited to complete a series of 12 games through the pymetrics platform. It should take no longer than 20-30 minutes to complete.
Pymetrics is a series of behavior-based neuroscience games that objectively measure cognitive and personality traits. Pymetrics will allow you to showcase your potential beyond what you tell us in your resume and application form. It's an additional data point that helps us gain a better understanding of who you are as an individual.
