Benefits Strategist - Fall Sales Internship

We are looking for an enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individual to work in a professional business-to-business sales environment. You’ll be working alongside a group of bright, energetic people who are motivated to help you succeed.

We are currently seeking part-time interns for fall 2019. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required. Tuesday/Thursday class schedule is preferred. 

Duties and Responsibilities
·   Engage local business owners to identify voluntary insurance plans that best fit their business.
·   Use social and business networking skills to guide CEOs, business owners, and HR managers in determining which benefit programs best suit their employees.
·   Oversee accounts and provide customer service.
·   Manage your own time as a benefit consultant to businesses in your area.
·   Attend Fortune 500 Corporate Training with Aflac Sales Academy's world-class training program within our Mentorship Model.
 
Preferred Competencies
·   Desire to work with the leading company in one of the fastest growing markets in insurance.
·   Vibrant personality and professional presence.
·   Drive to help others.
·   Articulate self-starter and team player.
·   Prior industry experience not necessary if willing to be coached.
