Software Development Intern

BodyViz (www.bodyviz.com) grew out of the Iowa State University Research Park and currently resides in Clive, IA. We are a software company aiming to change the way anatomy is taught across all levels of learning. Our software uses traditional CT and MRI scan data and reconstructs it in 3D to allow exploration and visualization. With tools allowing the “virtual dissection” of the data, students can explore thousands of unique anatomical situations from their Laptop or iPad.

We are looking for a software development intern to help expand our list of products (Desktop, iPad, Cloud Syncing). BodyViz is a nimble company that works across multiple platforms, languages, and tools in a given week or month. Our development team has a passion for object-oriented programming, user-centric design, and test-driven design. Candidates must be self-driven and good communicators with a passion for learning new things and solving technical problems.

Required:

C/C++ experience

Git experience, preferably experience with GitHub

Be familiar with using software libraries
