Iowa Public Television Graphics Design Internship
Job Description
The Iowa Public Television is seeking an intern looking to expand their graphic design skills and experience. This intern will gain experience with high level of graphics production in an educational environment with communications professionals.
Preference will be given to students that have completed at least 1 year of study in Graphic Design, Journalism or related field. Skills needed: A full understanding and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects). Experience and knowledge of design fundamentals and principles. Familiar with designing across multiple platforms: print, on-air and online.
Additional skills should include:

- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Strong appreciation for customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a highly skilled team and independently.
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines.
