Sales Manager
you are directly responsible for ALL Front Desk processes and procedures but most importantly selling Flight Club Memberships. Incentives are given such as a higher base pay rate as well as a commission for each membership sold.
A Sales Manager must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and like working with Sales Associate to motivate and keep them accountable for all goals. As a Manager you must have a professional appearance, maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment, the ability to read write and perform basic math, and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Qualifications/Experience:
Sales/marketing experience
Has experience in marketing, working with local community
Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people and personalities
Self-starter
Dependable, committed and willing to work weekend hours as needed.
Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, well organized and possess the ability to work independently
Positive attitude
Passionate about people and their experiences
Sales: Every employee is responsible to sell and cross sell all our products. Even if you are not at the front desk, the expectation is we are always selling as increased sales helps us grow!
Cash-control measures: Since you maybe responsible for opening and closing the park, employees must be able to handle large amounts of money. You are required to cash in tills, cash out tills, create deposits, and be aware of basic cash-handling procedures. Employees must recognize patterns that may appear in overages/shortages on specific tills to avoid theft and poor cash-handling measures.
