Internships

The Hertz Internship program has been growing since 2016, giving our interns exposure to the corporate world, networking opportunities, and our Senior Management Group. All the interns work on projects related to their field, with the guidance of the co-workers in their departments. There will also be programs for the interns that will:

·        Let them learn the surrounding area.

·        Work on Capstone projects and present to senior leadership.

·        Have opportunities to network within the company.

·        Participate in forums with leaders of the business.

Our internships come from the following COEs:

·        Communications

·        Finance

·        Marketing

·        Sales

·        HR

·        IT

·        Legal

·        Global Continuous Improvement

·        Revenue Management

·        Enrolled in a current Bachelor or Graduate program, or recently graduated.

·        Major needs to be relevant to internship.

Some job experience is expected, but it does not have to be extensive.

The skill set and knowledge requirements will vary from internship to internship.
