ROLE SYNOPSIS
The Analytics Development Program in our Houston, TX supports our Natural Gas, Power, and NGL businesses. Our analytics professionals make strong commercial contributions to the success of our various trading, marketing and commercial strategies and provide short-term, supply, demand and pricing analysis to support the initiatives of our commercial team. You will be key contributor in regularly delivering insight to trading and marketing on the North America natural gas market fundamentals.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements
• Must have cumulative and major GPA of 3.2 or higher
• BP will not support US Immigration sponsorship for full-time or long-term employment
• Pursuing Bachelors degree

Preferred Requirements
• Any major as long as you are able to show a demonstrated interest in the financial markets
• Graduating in December 2019 through May 2020.

DEVELOPMENT
Your Development – Graduate Development Program (GDP).
Our Integrated Supply & Trading business has two offices in the United States. Our team in Houston, TX focuses on natural gas, natural gas liquids, power, and structured products and offers graduate rotation programs in disciplines including analytics, marketing & origination and trading.
Program Basics
Our program is a series of 1-year rotations, lasting for a total of 3-years and is designed to be:
• High energy with rigorous assessment and performance management throughout!
• Robust, giving graduates a wide exposure to our business
• Supportive, supplemented by a learning and development offer, mentor and buddy system, as well as on the job training
• Given exposure to both the Houston and Chicago offices
