Associate Consultant – Financial Planning Solutions

Upon accepting an offer with TekLink Int, you will go through customized training from experts in the field. Depending on the track you are chosen for, Training will either be internationally in India for 10-12 weeks or in our Chicagoland office for 4 weeks or more. Following training, you will work on projects in small teams for one of our clients, many of which are Fortune 500 companies, working to establish yourself as an expert in one or more of our core competencies. You will be a pivotal member of the service delivery team by working with the client to create and implement new solutions that can deliver improved business performance and bottom-line value.
We are seeking strong academic performers:
- Minimum 3.2 GPA preferred and demonstrated exceptional performance or project experience in these, and other related majors:
- Business: Accounting, Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain
- Technology: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Data Science
- Engineering: Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Other STEM: Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics
Additional Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Desire to engage with cutting edge technology
· Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Have a Sincere, Adaptable, Determined mindset to succeed
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
· Commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work
· Eagerness to learn new concepts and skills with open attitude
· Open to travel and willingness to relocate
· Coding experience recommended
· Financial knowledge or experience is helpful but not required
· Willingness to travel internationally as well as to India for training
