Laboratory Technician (Chemistry) (19-0088)
Streck is recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join one of our production manufacturing departments. This position is responsible for processing a variety of cellular components, performing laboratory procedures and testing on all material in the inventory, and assembling final product pools.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Processing a variety of cellular components according to SOPs
- Maintain inventory of raw materials
- Prepare stock solutions of raw materials
- Perform final counts and testing on designated instruments
- Prepare sterility tests
- Complete appropriate documentation
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or related discipline
- Desire to work in a quality environment
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail with ability to follow standard operating procedures
