Customer Care Coordinator (19-0086)

This position is responsible for providing pre-sales and/or post-sales elevated care to Streck customers in areas such as processing unique customer orders, locating and correcting order errors and handling elevated customer needs in an expedient, efficient, and polite manner.
 The primary responsibilities include:
  • Regularly provide support to customers and internal departments in all channels of communication.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales elevated care to customers efficiently
  • Assist sales with updating accounts and customer retention
  • Enter, process and maintain all new and existing orders
  • Monitor inventory
  • Provide coverage for the reception desk as needed
Requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Ability and desire to learn Streck’s products
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Self-Driven and motivated
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Ability to interact with customers comfortably
  • 3-4 years customer service or retail experience
