The Finance team, with roughly 60 employees, provides a broad range of timely, accurate, relevant and objective financial information, advice, and services to its business partners, while adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. The finance team offers a dynamic environment where individuals can learn at a fast pace, and are rewarded with challenging opportunities both within Finance and across the Firm. The team supports all financial functions for the Firm such as Accounting, Payroll, Global Payments, Procurement, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Financial Reporting.
About the Finance Internship
If you are interested in pursuing a career in Finance at an investment firm, the 10 week Finance internship at Point72 provides individuals with a valuable experience including but not limited to:
- Exposure to multiple departments within Finance at Point72
- Training sessions focused on developing excel, writing, and presentation skills
- Networking opportunities with groups across the firm such as Trading, Finance, Operations, Compliance & Technology
- Speaker series with management level employees across multiple functions at the Firm

What’s required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Fall 2020 or Spring 2021
- Demonstrated academic success as reflected in a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
- Commitment to acting with professionalism and integrity at all times
