Associate Consultant - Ascend Program

Required Experience 
  • Currently actively enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Informatics, Economics or related field with an expected graduation of May 2019 
  • Strong business acumen and interest in business processes 
  • Experience with business technology systems like HRIS or HCM are a plus 
  • Experience related to major gained through an internship or similar work experience 
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent listening skills to evaluate customer needs and translate them into solutions that work 
  • Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Willing to live and work in Indianapolis for 1-2 years 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% or more and an interest in traveling in the future 
  • For US only, not eligible for visa sponsorship

  • Consulting project roles (i.e. Business Analyst, Tech Lead, Project Manager, and Integration Consultants) 
  • Insight into our consulting practices  
  • Training and certifications on cloud technologies (i.e. Salesforce)  
  • Professional Development: Interactive public speaking workshop, conflict management, leading high-impact presentations 
  • Hands-on learning with a simulated implementation and shadowing opportunities with project teams
