Graduate Nurses has the option of direct placing on our units or participate in our 14 weeks Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN) Program which includes a combination of classroom learning, simulation learning, and hands-on experience alongside trained clinical experts. to the hospital’s EMR and actual work experience in your unit through preceptorship.
