Responsibilities:
Our technical learning organization is looking for highly motivated and talented student to be part of our AI research project, bringing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to technical learning design for our service engineers. The position will entail combining machine learning, NLP, and reasoning methods, tools, and techniques to develop algorithms in order to drive intelligent designs of our product training. This will include analyzing, structuring, and cleaning metadata and and event information from our service case database (CRM).
Qualifications:
B.S or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Programing or any related technical field
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java or C/C++.
- Experience in applying AI, machine learning technique and SQL database techniques
- Understanding of data visualization, patterning, big data, and algorithm development
