Jewelry part-time sales associate

A fun retail environment focused on helping customers find the perfect jewelry awaits a retail associate at Glassando. The position of retail associate is a great opportunity for an outgoing people person who is detail orientated and has an interest in fashion. 1 year sales experience or equivalent is preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task are expected. Basic computer literacy is essential. Merchandising and inventory control experience a plus. We are currently seeking Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 am to 1 pm or later and additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Customer service including in person, by phone, and internet

Cash handling, opening and closing responsibilities

Gift wrapping

Merchandising responsibilities include jewelry cleaning and arrangement of merchandise, displays, and signs

Order fulfillment and shipping of customer orders

Basic cleanliness of store

Basic office functions including data entry and mailings

CAD jewelry design

Product photography and online listing

Social Media posting

Other duties as assigned
