RN Surgical- Joplin, MO - Sign On
The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, Manager, House Supervisor and/or Executive Director and is responsible for the delivery of efficient, safe patient care through the use of the nursing process, hospital policies and procedures. In addition the Registered Nurse works closely with and acts as clinical expert for other professional and ancillary nursing personnel.

Sign-On Bonus for Full-time Experienced RNs
- RNs with a minimum of 1 -2 years acute care experience we are offering a $2000 Sign-on Bonus (half paid at a successful 90 day evaluation and half at a successful one year evaluation).
- RNs with 3 or more years of acute care of experience we are offering a $3500 Sign-on Bonus (a third paid at a successful 90 day evaluation; a third paid at successful first year evaluation and a third paid at successful year two evaluation).
Position Qualifications:
- We require a nursing degree from an accredited school.
- You’ll also need a current RN license in our state.
- Basic life support training should be completed in 90 days with advanced training required at certain intervals.
