Software and Test Engineers, December 2019 and May 2020 graduates

As a Software Engineer, your primary mission will be to architect, design, implement and test the real time software that controls features found on both large and small off road vehicles. Your demonstrated knowledge and experience in systems and software product development, including C and C++ will be vital to your success. If you have specific experience developing applications for automated engine controls, then you will feel right at home. Because you are a fast learner with the ability to work independently (as well as part of a small team of software, electrical, and system engineers), you feel comfortable in a role where you are expected to think out of the box and devise innovative solutions to complex control problems.

As a Test Engineer you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of test systems for electronic products. Position includes high-level functions such as test planning, detailed design and development of test software and electronic hardware. The Test Engineer is required to acquire, document, review, and interpret customer requirements and specifications. From these requirements, the engineer will design and develop the solution and produce plans and procedures required by the customer.

Our successful engineers typically have graduated with a bachelor of science degrees in electrical, computer or software engineering or computer science and physics. They are also passionate about being a key contributor to a successful product release where their software is allowing the operator of these machines to work in a more productive and safe environment. Through training and hard work, you become an expert in C programming and have through knowledge of real time operating systems, interrupts and test driven development. In addition to your embedded systems development responsibilities, you will also be tasked with developing model based control systems using MATLAB and Simulink. Our engineers are team players and work cohesively as part of the Agile Software Development methodology.
