Entry Level Recruiter/ Sales

ettain group is now hiring an entry level Recruiter to join our team! In this role will you will have the ability to be promoted into a Business Development Manager Professional.

Job Responsibilities as a Recruiter:
  • As a Recruiter you will build a network of IT professionals, with skill sets that are a fit for our clients’ hiring needs.
  • You will connect with professionals using a variety of resources including 150+ calls a week, email, social media, job boards etc.
  • Your goal as a Recruiter is to source, build relationships with, recruit and place top IT professionals in positions with ettain group’s reputable clients. 
As a Business Development Manager:
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will be meeting with Hiring Managers within the IT Industry daily, building relationships and ultimately growing the business by promoting ettain group’s services in your local territory.
  • As a BDM you will focus on acquiring new accounts and growing existing business within your territory, while providing exceptional service to your clientele.
  • Ultimately, as a BDM, your role is to grow the business by working with your Recruiting team to place top IT Professionals in open positions with reputable companies. You will successfully present the job description and any relevant information on the role to the recruiter who is assigned to the position you have obtained from the hiring manager.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Must be high energy, competitive, goal oriented, personable and hard working
  • Exhibits proven communication and presentation skills
  • Able to interact with and build relationships with individuals at all levels - peers, clients and upper management
  • Able to deliver top talent with a high sense of urgency
  • 1+ years of related work experience (preferred but not required)
