Management Analytics Consultant - Intern

Forget about getting coffee and making copies. As an intern, you’ll be treated just like our entry level staff. We’ll give you the flexibility to craft business solutions, not just spreadsheets. We are looking for candidates who are proactive learners, creative thinkers and collaborative problem solvers. Your work will include, but not be limited to: 

·      Meeting with clients to understand their business issues, develop impactful data-driven solutions and instill confidence by assuring the integrity of the data being used to make decisions;

·      Developing and applying a working knowledge of designing and building application models to deliver various forecasting and planning processes and training on common solutions and tools utilized to solve client needs;

·      Leveraging your education to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations and express results in a business context; and

·      Delivering solutions in cross-functional engagement teams who serve clients across multiple industries, planning use cases and geographies.

·      Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance, accounting, supply chain management, economics or a related field and/or a Master’s degree in business analytics with prior performance management experience.

·      Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).

·      Detail-oriented leader with strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

·      Willingness to adapt to new technologies and ability to learn quickly.

·       Proficiency in Excel, developing customized models and knowledge of multi-dimensionality in business modeling preferred.

·      Experience in 1 or more modeling use cases, including Revenue, Expense, Capex, Supply Chain, Human Capital preferred.

·      Experience with gathering and creating technical and functional definition and design documents preferred.

·      Education or experience with EPM solutions including Anaplan, Adaptive, IBM, Oracle, SAP or similar preferred.

·      Experienced or demonstrated knowledge of process improvement, change management and Agile desired.
